Yes it is true.. they will get a "do over".. if you cannot take the time to
vote.. then your vote should not be counted.. and that goes for ALL sides..

Urgent Action Alert!

I just got word from Diane Amble who is now at the capitol that it is
critical that we immediately flood our senators in our districts with
opposition to AB 241 (dog and cat limit law), AB 242 (dog fighting bill that
sets up HSUS artifice to seize dog owner's private property), and AB 243
(unneeded draconian animal abuse law which empowers AR's).

Senator Florez apparently is going to use a legislative trick to bring back
AB 241 TOMORROW on the senate floor. We also believe that AB 242 and AB 243
will be heard at the same time.

It is absolutely imperative that we must call and fax letters to our own
senators TODAY and have our voices heard to stop HSUS's take over of
California with these bills. It is extremely important that each senator
hears opposition to these bills from their constituents.
